Cernucci ships to our EU customers with duty & taxes paid, if delivery is to these territories you will not be charged any customs fee.
Delivery to any other country, including but not limited to; the US, Canada, Australia, South Africa or any European country outside of the EU
Customers are liable for any duties & taxes incurred once your parcel reaches the destination country.
Custom Orders
Custom orders will take up to 6 weeks to arrive as these products are made to order and are subject to specific testing and quality control. Please note, even if next day delivery is selected for custom products as the shipment method, the 6 week delivery still applies. We advise selecting the cheapest shipping option.
RETURNS
We want you to love your Glaccier item as much as we loved designing, creating & wearing it. That’s why, if you’re not completely happy with it, we'll exchange it or give you a refund. All we ask is that that it’s returned to us in its original condition with all original packaging, within 21 days of delivery.
